Whether improving vacant lots, working with local government to resurface the basketball court at Balduck, teaching residents to reupholster furniture, bringing the community together for our annual event, or hosting a foreclosure prevention workshop, we are stabilizing our community. We have begun the process of rehabbing our first house to build a portfolio of affordable options to help displaced residents remain in the area.
